We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with our business goals.  This is a remote position, however the successful candidate must reside within the United States.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop individual growth plans to support career development and skill advancement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular coaching and reviews.
  • Oversee Salesforce usage and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline.
  • Execute sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
  • Participate in selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing.
  • Support territory planning and account segmentation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, development, and ethical behavior.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
