What You’ll Do:
As an SR, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory (West region). You’ll be responsible for outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and opening new customer relationships.

- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and occasional in‑person visits
- Identify and qualify businesses that can benefit from OSM’s delivery solutions
- Follow a structured sales process to open and develop new accounts
- Meet or exceed activity and lead‑generation targets
- Research prospects, identify decision‑makers, and tailor outreach messaging
- Track prospect activity and interactions in Salesforce
