We are excited to announce that we are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our advanced sorting and automation equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for equipment uptime, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing preventive maintenance — all while delivering excellent service to our internal and external customers.

Annual salary is budgeted is at $65,000 DOQ.

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections on sorting and automation equipment.
- Partner with equipment vendors to support new installations and system upgrades.
- Manage parts inventory and maintain on‑site tools and company assets.
- Respond to emergency and non‑scheduled service calls, including 24/7 on‑call coverage as required.
- Support Operations with sortation activities or general building maintenance when needed.
- Provide technical support and training to other site technicians.
- Review service bulletins, schematics, and retrofit instructions and take appropriate action.
- Continuously look for ways to improve service quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or coursework in electronics, advanced mechanics, or software preferred.
- At least 3 years of related industry or equipment maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong electronics and electrical background.
- Solid mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
- This role will work 5 days per week with rotating weekend work included.
- Working hours are, generally, 10AM-6PM.
- Travel about 30% of the time to out-of-state facilities to cover other technicians.
