OSM Worldwide is currently hiring a Data and Integration Analyst that will support and maintain our ETL Architecture and Development.  To be considered for this role, you need to have good experience with SQL code and how to incorporate it into a data lake/base.

This person will play a critical role in connecting all our data into one primary source ensuring we have one source of truth.  We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that’s not afraid to challenge the norm. 

What This Person Will Do:

  • Design, construct, test, and maintain data lake and related functionality including extraction and transformation of data.
  • Design, develop, and test business intelligence outputs (including visualization) to ensure useful and insightful information using software including SSMS, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel to support research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Investigates, analyzes and resolves day-to-day technical problems using standard procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business reporting needs and translate requirements into effective reporting, visualization and actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve data systems and related policies as an aspect of data governance.
  • Investigates, analyzes and resolves day-to-day technical problems using standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and integration processes for performance and scalability.

What Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a data & integration, or similar, role.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud data services.

Compensation range is $80,000 - $90,000
